    A hard money loan is a specific type of asset-based loan financing through which a borrower receives funds secured by real property. How Hard Money Loans Work. Hard money loans, sometimes referred to as bridge loans, are short-term lending instruments that real estate investors.

    Flexible loan term up to 5 years.

    No prepayment penalties.

    Up to 75%.

    Rates from 9% per annum.

    FEES:

    Real estate and other fixed or liquid assets.
